Did not get a chance to take a picture of the Carrot Cake Cookies I made. Added the mini-chocolate chips and used the icing recipe to turn them into sandwich cookies. First dessert to disappear from our Thanksgiving dessert table!

Hi Christine! Baking season is definitely under way now that it cooler. My husbands birthday is coming up and he’s asking for a flourless chocolate cake , like aDavid Glass style cake for his birthday.
